Study Techniques
Associations
Attempt to connect the theory you read with events, songs or people. This makes it easier to remember them.

Associations
It’s like creating “memory links”. If you link new knowledge to something you already know, you will remember it better.
Some like to use associations where they move through a house. For each room in the house, a word you want to remember is linked to an object that starts with the same letter as the word.

One example of this is the decimals of the number π=3.14159265359… The house had 1 hallway with 4 pairs of shoes, 1 hat and 5 jackets. The floor had 92 tiles with 65 dots. I moved towards the office which was behind the 3rd door. Inside hung 5 diplomas and 9 medallions on the wall.
Flashcards
Making flashcards can be an effective way to remember specific information.

FlashCards
Flashcards are small cards with a keyword on one side, and an explanation, formula or rule on the other. You remember images and illustrations better than text and numbers alone.
It does not matter if the combination of text, numbers and images doesn’t make sense to others if it makes sense to you. If you associate the Pythagorean theorem with pythons, which really does not belong together, it can still work well as a flashcard.
Mind maps
A mind map is a visual representation of your own notes.
Mind maps
It’s easier to remember a good visual representation rather than a long text. In addition, mind maps make it possible to show connections between different subjects.
Build up your mind map with this new topic in the middle and fill the beams with everything you associate with this topic.Mind maps are also a great tool for repetition and preparation for a test or an exam.Hang it on your wall and look at it every day to help you remember it for the day of the exam.
Visualization
The more fun, whacky and vivid visualization you are able to imagine, the better you will remember it.
Visualization
The human brain remembers pictures far better than words. Visualization is therefore one of the most effective study techniques. The more fun, whacky and vivid visualization you are able to imagine, the better you will remember it.

Do the following in order to create a visual presentation: Think about what you want to visualize. Which images come to mind? Pick one of the images and draw the topic with that image.
Attitude
You can achieve great things with the right attitude!
Attitude
You can achieve great things with the right attitude! Both in math, but also in other aspects of your education and life in general. Understanding that hard work over time will pay off is the correct attitude.

What we perceive as easy or difficult is different for different people.Hard work will always beat talent. If your math results are not as good as you’ve hoped, then you need to work harder. When you start to work harder, you will notice an increased sense of accomplishment, and working with math will be easier. Like everything else in life, math will be more fun when you experience accomplishment.
Revise

The more you revise, the more well prepared you are for examinations. Being well prepared for examinations, fetches you higher grades and marks.

It is very smart to work consistently throughout the year. This is both true of revision of past topics and new curriculum. This maximizes the comprehension of the subject.

You must be exposed to new information six times before it is added to your long-term memory. Thus you need revision to truly learn something. Cramming may give you good grades in the moment, but the knowledge fades shortly after.
